Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the WarPixel platform — WarPixel CMS, WPX Stream and WPX Launcher — operated by WarPixel Network. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.

Last updated: 2026-08-02

1. What we provide

We host and operate the products you subscribe to. You manage the content and the community; we take care of the infrastructure, updates and availability.

For WarPixel CMS the website and admin panel run on our infrastructure, while your game database stays on your own machine and is reached through the agent you install. We never take custody of your game database.

2. Account and eligibility

You sign in with Discord or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account and for everything done under it.

You must be able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, and you must not use the platform for anything unlawful.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

All plans are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Any local-currency figure elsewhere on the site is an estimate.

You can change plan or cancel at any time from your panel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your service stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

  • Failed payment: we keep the service running while the payment is retried, and suspend it if the retries are exhausted.
  • Changing plan replaces the current subscription; the previous one is cancelled automatically, with no double charge.
  • Refunds: there is no pro-rata refund; cancelling ends the renewal and the service runs until the end of the period already paid for.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what runs on your instance and for your community.

  • The content you publish and the conduct you allow.
  • Any third-party rights involved in the game files you distribute.
  • Keeping your domain and DNS records valid.
  • The security of the machine where the CMS agent runs.

5. Branding

The products carry your logo, colors and domain. A discreet WarPixel icon, linking to warpixel.net, remains in the footer and may not be removed while your subscription is active.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to:

  • Break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
  • Distribute malware or files that damage your users' machines.
  • Attack, overload or attempt to bypass the platform's protections.
  • Resell the service as if it were your own product.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment or for a serious breach of these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first.

You can cancel whenever you want. After termination we keep your data only for the period described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We work to keep the platform available and we monitor it continuously, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Maintenance, third-party failures and events outside our control can cause interruptions.

9. Liability

The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the loss of data kept only on your own infrastructure.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in advance by e-mail or in the panel; continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.

Privacy Policy

How WarPixel Network collects, uses and protects personal data across the WarPixel platform. This policy follows the Brazilian LGPD and, where it applies, the GDPR.

1. Data we collect

We only collect what the service needs to work:

  • Account: name and e-mail from the Discord or Google login you choose.
  • Discord: your user ID when you link the account, so support and role automation can work.
  • Subscription: plan, status, expiry and the Stripe identifiers of your subscription.
  • Services: the domains you configure, the licence keys issued and the technical status of your agent.
  • Support: the tickets you open and the messages exchanged.
  • Technical: a hashed IP address used for rate limiting and to stop referral-link abuse. We do not store the raw address.

2. What we do not collect

We never receive your card details — Stripe handles payment data directly.

We do not access the content of your game database. The CMS agent runs on your machine and only answers the queries the panel makes.

3. Why we use it

Each purpose has a legal basis:

  • To deliver the service you contracted (performance of a contract).
  • To bill, renew and issue invoices (legal obligation and contract).
  • To notify you about your account: welcome, purchase, renewal reminders and payment failures (contract).
  • To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).

4. Who processes data with us

We use these providers, each with its own privacy terms:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, database and backups.
  • Stripe — payments and invoicing.
  • Discord — sign-in, support channel and the bot that grants roles.
  • Google — sign-in, when you choose it.
  • E-mail provider — transactional messages.
  • Twitch and Kick — only for WPX Stream, to read the metrics the streamer authorises.

5. WPX Stream and streamers

When a streamer connects Twitch or Kick, we store the account identity and the metrics the panel tracks — live time, followers and subs — plus the access tokens, encrypted.

That data belongs to the community that hired the panel, and we process it on their behalf. Access can be revoked by the streamer at any time on the platform itself.

6. How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as it is useful or required:

  • Account and subscription data: while the account exists, plus the period tax rules require.
  • Database backups: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Support tickets: kept for history; the transcript is sent to you when the ticket is closed.
  • Operational logs and queues: pruned within days.

7. Security

Secrets and tokens are stored encrypted. Communication between our systems is signed and validated, and every connection uses HTTPS.

Access to production data is restricted to what operating the service requires.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent where it applies.

Write to contact@warpixel.net and we will answer within the legal deadline. Deleting the account ends the services linked to it.

9. Cookies

We use only what the platform needs: a signed session cookie to keep you logged in, and a preference cookie for your language. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

10. Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially, we announce it in the panel or by e-mail before it takes effect.
